Life at Pico

  • Being a working mum, having flexible hours is great; it means I can spend time with my son when it suits us. I do not have to rush to get to work if we’re having a manic morning!

    Gemma Hull, Marketing Manager
  • Having worked in export sales for 20 years, it’s really satisfying to now be developing sales of a product that’s designed, developed and made in the UK. The creation of this great product leads into a really positive team spirit that you will notice every day working at Pico, as well as a really active social scene, bringing people together after work on a regular basis.

    Jon Parker, Distribution Sales Manager
  • At Pico each individual is encouraged and recognised for the contribution that they make to the the business. But teamwork really counts too; we support each other and celebrate success together!

    Trevor Smith, Business Development Manager
  • Joining Pico saw a change of career after 30 years of Automotive diagnosis and repair. The transition was made easier by the training and continued support provided by Pico and colleagues alike, in what has proved to be the perfect move for me

    Steve Smith, Automotive Application Specialist
  • I joined Pico as a graduate engineer and I found it to be the perfect place to gain my confidence and improve my skills.

With the support of my colleagues I was able to settle in quickly and felt like I was part of a team since day one.
